School Breakfast and Lunch Menu for May 22 - 26, 2023

Daily Schedule for First Grade
8:45 - 9:10 - Breakfast is served at school, for students who wish to eat breakfast at school. Children should enter the school through the doors on the side of the school, to go to breakfast. (Meals are no longer free for all students. Please check the link above for meal prices and reduced cost or free meals. Thank you!)
9:15 - School begins
Literacy Block
10:30 - 10:45 - Morning Recess
Literacy Block continues
11:40 - 12:15 - Lunch Recess and Lunch
12:35 - 1:05 - Specialties - Computer Lab or P.E. (alternating days)
Math Block
1:45 - 2:00 - Break for Afternoon Recess

3:30 - School is dismissed.

There is no homework packet or newsletter this week.
Tuesday, May 23 - Field Day
Please wear sunscreen to school and bring/wear a hat or jacket (if needed for the weather). Please label any hats or jackets. The students in our (Mrs. Crandall's) class have their own water bottles in class that have their name on them. Students are welcome to bring their own water bottles, if they wish. Please make sure it is labeled with his/her name. Thank you!
Wednesday, May 24 - Mrs. Crandall's Class - LAST Class Store - Each child is encouraged to bring at least 1 gently used item (or new) to "sell" for Decision Dollars. Each child will be a "shop owner" and make a sign to sell their item (using adjectives), as well as decide if a "sale price" is needed. :)
Thursday, May 25 - Dance Festival - Performance for Parents at 10:00 AM (outside, behind the school) - FIRST GRADERS SHOULD WEAR A WHITE SHIRT, IF POSSIBLE. (T-shirts, shirts and/or shirts that are MOSTLY white, are okay!) :)
Friday, May 26 - Last Day of School - Modified Schedule for all students grades 1 - 6 - School starts at regular time of 9:10 (first bell) and ALL STUDENTS DISMISS AT 10:45 AM.
